One of my first helmets was an M15 Prussian 'infantry' helmet. I didn't know anything about markings at the time, but knew it was a cool helmet. yeah... marked to FAR 35 (or 36), with an infantry spike... well... finally got a Kugel for it. :)

I thought you folks would like to see it without the replacement chin strap and cockades, but with the "original" spike. Oddly, the kugel's paint is a better match than the spike.

This is one nice Kugelhelme :thumb up:
If I were you, I would keep on upgrading it (authentic cockades & strap) as it's really nice!
Could you show us the interior?

Believe me, you don't want to see the liner... it's in tatters. But... for $25 it wasn't a bad deal. If I get time, I can do that though... but it ain't pretty.
