For sale one original officer spike and base in excellent condition, no issues. Spike top unscrews for the trichter. Spike and base measure approx. 4" or 10.5 cm in height. This is the shorter style from the 1870-80's Top of base still retains most of its' original gilt. Price: $175US plus postage.

I will retake the photos and redo the measurements. I have 2 of these 1870's spikes one fixed spike and a second which unscrews. I have mixed them up in the photos. The shortest of these does not unscrew.
