Just a short thought about terminology. Actually Muster corresponds more to the term pattern whereas Probe is normally used in the sense of a sample.
It seems logical to me that all Probes were initiated by the supplyers, who had to provide a sample of their work. If accepted, it would be tagged and sealed by the ministry (or BA) and the order could be conducted. In case the sample was found to be inadequate , they had the option to provide a second refined sample - the Nachprobe. If the later delivery did not match the sealed Probe/Nachprobe, it could be rejected.
Most tags on the pictures are Probes. The only Muster on the Bing helmet reveals by its wording that it does not come from the supplier ("Muster of the helmets to be provided by the company Bing..") which the other tags do not.
