Mid 1970, as I switched from WW2 helmets over to Pickelhaubes,
my late uncle (a huge Napoleon Bonaparte admirer) gave me those 4 copies for a start.
He, himself had 4 sheets of bleuprinted cardboard but unfortunately, he died in 1977, so I never knewn.
Has someone any idea about the origin of this Wappen-documentation or has anybody seen this before?

Many thanks and best regards,
Marty

These are from the 1932 catalogue of a German military artifact dealer named CE Junker, in Berlin.

These are from Paul Meybauer, „Die Helmwappen und Namenszüge der Deutschen Armee“ ("PM" in the top left of the drawings).

It has been reprinted and can be found for a reasonable price.

Lars

I have owned this set for years .
A nice early reference for the collector who is starting out .
