Hi Arran: We have had this issue in the past...I believe that the problem lies with the recipient not clearing out their PM inbox on a regular basis. I don't believe that there is anything we can do but I will ask tech support.
Thanks! I'm pretty sure that at least one of the recipients will have virtually no messages in their inbox, though...One of them is to you, so you should be able to test that theory...
This has been an ongoing issue as mentioned above. It really gets frustrating when you are trying to contact someone in a timely fashion.
