Welcome to the forum.
It is a property helmet of original parts and shows almost all officer characteristics. But the red/green visors are missing and the visor trim is more wide for a enlisted men helmet. Do you know something about the wearer? Maybe this could help to clarify this.

At second glance I would no longer be sure about the leather strap of the chinscales. The strap with the narrow is actually too thick for an officer's helmet.

If the uniform belongs to the helmet, it seems that he was a non-commissioned officer of the IR124. That would explain the missing officer characteristics of the helmet.

If I see it correctly, the shoulderstrap shows a crowned „W I“, which was the cypher of the wurttemberg IR 124.IR124.

Here is a Württemberg NCO helmet

Could be a One Year Volunteer with those plain visor insides.
Like the picture above it should have round rivets rather than stars.
Possibly a post war add on.
