Yes only one really concerning feedback.
But the rest is really a lot and very nice items sold with good feedback.

Since most ebay buyers don't know diddly (anything) about Pickelhaube, I'd go with Edwin's advice. There is one telling problem with this: the silver side posts and brass chinscales, which don't go together. I'd steer clear of this one. Of course somebody who buys a fake and thinks it's real will give good feedback and be thrilled with the bargain. But, it's all up to you!
