We have run into a problem on the forum in this section regarding pics of a helmet for sale which were posted without the sellers permission. These pics have been removed, presumably by the member who made the post and asked for opinions on the helmet. I am also making the assumption that this helmet was not up for sale on Ebay. If it was, then I can not understand why the seller is up set. In my opinion, once you post on ebay then the world is entitled to comment on your item. So as a recommendation, if you are dealing with some private sale or a sale from a dealer web site. I would request that you clear it with the seller/owner before you post pics here for the members' consideration. If you are a new collector and want an opinion I would advise contacting myself, Tony, Chas, Joe et al through a private message. You might even message with a link to the dealer site and ask for some help. I am not a lawyer, if anyone who has legal experience or wants to make a comment here then feel free to do so. This is the method by which I have chosen to avoid such problems in the future. Brian
