Prussian Cavalry Mannschaften M1889 Issue Degen

I've been wanting a Prussian Cavalry M1889 Issue sword for a while now and finally got a fairly decent one... IMO these have the 'been there' rugged look/feel that beats the Private Purchase versions anytime.

Have you seen it yet? Or is it in Quebéc? You realize immediately when you hold an issued one that it was designed to kill.

You're right Tony, it's in Montréal and I'm 15,000 km away!!

You can understand the frustration and the itch to hold this piece with my own hands... and by the way, you're the one who got me into issued swords (as opposed to the 'nice & way too civilized' looking Private Purchase ones).

Can't wait to take a family photo of this sword next to my recently acquired Mann. JZP M15.
