Hello all,
As I'm tempted to buy at least one M95 EM Haube--I try to stick to M1915/wartime haubes--, would you recommend this one:

Actually Ron, it's the chinstrap I would mostly worry about and the markings...
and that spike base black disk looks like it's coming up a bit inside the liner, isn't it?

I can't read the markings, but I just noticed something. The close ups of the interior are of a different helmet (a Wurtemburg he has for sale?). Now, it's difficult to sift out which is for which helmet. Chinstrap is perhaps a replacement, but it still looks nice and I have an original on an M95 that looks like that as well. Anyway, if you have concerns or can't sort out the photos from one helmet to the other, then it's maybe best not to bid.

:D Ron

Hi Ron,

The chinstrap seems repro to me and I don't trust the cockades as well, but perhaps I am wrong here.

Regards,

Edwin

anyone on the forum win this helmet?? I like it, chinstrap is probably repro, some of the liner pics are from a M15 helmet it looks like and the shape is a little warped. The cockades from the pictures look good to me but its something to really examine when you have it in your hands. overall I think its a good example.
