Question on Saxon shoulder boards

Quick question: About what year did Saxon shoulder boards go from being squared off to having pointed ends like other Imperial shoulder boards?

Are there any squared-off feldgrau Saxon shoulder boards?

In 1910. Or 1907 if you prefer the M07/10 handle. As far as I know, there is no such this as a squared-off Feldgrau strap. Maybe a private purchase one, but certainly not issued Feldgrau.
