Questions: Tshapka 3. Garde Ulanen Regiment

As I don't know much about this I decided to come and ask the specialists !
I wonder if you could help me out with my questions on this Tschapka:
1. What's the meaning of the B&W Haarbush ? (Prussia-NCO)
2. What would be the correct colour of the ParadeRabatte (? Yellow?) I cannot make out on this picture if it is placed...
3. This seems to be a Mannschaften Fangschnur (White)...Do the Haarbush and the Fangschnurr match or is this combination wrong?
4. Was this combination OK for for example Gefreiter.

Hi:
The feldzeichen would indicate that this is an Ordinary Ranks (OR's) helmet. I would like to see a close up of the liner...is it private purchase or OR's with leather tongues? A close up foto of the wappen would also be helpful so that we can see if it is private purchase or OR's issue. The width of the visor trim also suggests to me OR's tschapka. I can not comment on the parde busch but it does seem to be of private purchase to me at first glance. Is the Reichs kokarde officer or OR's? I believe the fangschnur to be OR's. It is definately not officer. A true NCO should have black threads woven into it. Also, your hanger for the fangschnur appears to be OR as an officer would have a brass hook on the top of the tschapka. I think that the quality of the liner, kokarde chinscales and wappen should help us determine what exactly this is. Regards, Brian
