Given the bogus Saxon metal helmet and the horrific Tschapka (380469811180) the same seller has, it's difficult to put much faith in this birdy being the real thing.

Hes fairly well known amongst British collectors, but still maintains that magic 100% feedback record..very strange.
Don`t know about the birdy, but I wouldnt buy it on principal!

Yes, it appears to be a "galvano" or electroformed copper replica. :thumbsdown:

Seconded. Just Google him and you'll find "honorable" mentions on various forums. He has 100% feedback because he knows how to play the ebay system.
