Re-worked Fireman Helmet? ID label translation help needed

Hello,

Here's a strange helmet that I am guessing that it is a fireman helmet made from a surplus wartime enlisted helmet.

I can't translate the rank or unit on the ID label inside the helmet.



I do not own this helmet, but am simply curious what it is supposed to be, and what the label translation reads.
