Hi

Just as a warning, this superb plate from the Inf.Reg. Nr. 93 Anhalt-Dessau.

The seller is honest and is selling the plate as a repro (probably galvano)

The picture of the back is below and proves the repro even if the patina is well done .

Thanks for the warning...that one would have fooled me! We see the new repros at some of the shows and of course they are easy to spot because they are so shiny but the colour and detail on that one is excellent. Brian

At Balard/Rungis, near Paris, this month, it was shown a wonderful model 1867 Inf.Reg. Nr. 93 Anhalt-Dessau pickelhaube

White old markings in the shell
Good 1867 shell (and not 1871 shell re-used as a 1867 one....)
Plate mounted with screws (like the model 1860)

Price: 2000euros
