I want some advice on this wappen I'm watching:

Is it the right match for a tin helmet? Whats a fair price for this? Thanks
 
over priced if you ask me personally and could well be a restamp ,theres that many plates out there ive bought myself as real and have turned out to be dud

The price he is asking is not high, it is totally ridiculous! Pure nonsense. Please do not buy it!! If you need such a plate I may have something for you. I will check.

Thanks for your replies, I had missed that discussion. I thought also that the plate was way too expensive. Also according to the sites some of you own, a plate for a tin helmet is grey metal and not brass, no? :-?
 
Dragon: The front plate for a "tin" helmet can be either brass of gray steel. The front plate will generally be the same material as the spike and side lugs on the particular helmet.
