Royal Military College of Canada Helmet

I picked this helmet up at the recent Toronto Military Show this past weekend. I have to say it was nice to go to a military show that was filled with swastikas! The helmet is pre-1952 and likely 1920s or 1930s. It is the Universal Pattern helmet that was introduced in 1886.

Beautiful badge.

It's funny, when I think of Canada I imagine frozen tundra and snow. When I see this helmet I think of beating tropical heat and sun. The two don't seem a logical match in my head! :lol:

RMC in Australia had the same type of pith helmet in the thirties.
