Members, be careful of this seller. He mentioned that his paypal was inactive, not very true though. I made an offer for an M17 helmet, he counter offered and we agreed on everything including shipping. After I sent money via paypal, seller demanded another USD70 for shipping and additional about USD100 for insurance. He refused to ship and refused to REFUND and CANCEL transaction. I was stuck. Paypal doesn't allow you to open a dispute immediately, after 7 days after you pay. So I waited and open a dispute and got my money back.
I maybe the only one having issues with him but if you guys deal with him, just take note.
