Saxon Uhlan Officer's Grosser Lionhead Saber

This is a very fancy lionhead sword made for a Saxon Uhlan officer. It's made by M. Neumann and has a beautiful damascus pattern in the blade. Likely belonged to a wealthy officer.

Steve- I started out as a sword guy, owning several hundred swords at one time, now down to 20 or so.

Sadly and I still regret this, I sold all my Damascus swords many years ago to fund helmets.
