Shako XIX century

Hi,
Can you help me identify this shako nineteenth century?
Approximate height 21cm. It looks like a British shako "Albert Shako" but I do not understand the Prussian-type cockade and insignia!!!!!!.

I believe it may be Austrian.

The shape is similar, but surely not Austrian.
