Shoulder board ID help

Picked these up at SOS as part of a trade on a helmet. Any help in what they are would be appreciated..

The Foot Artillery straps pre WWI were white
M 1915 went to yellow underlay , but they then had crossed cannons

Could it be that someone took the cannons off? Or that someone added the 12s?

I just can't think of anything with the yellow and 12 combinations, but I'm the first to say it I'm certainly no boards expert.

Just trying to get people talking to help James out.

I agree that is possible , but the back of the straps do not seem to have extra holes
I was going to check U R 12 and D R 12 to see what color of underlay they have
other than that I am lost
I wonder if Mike Kelso has seen this post ?
