Nothing special, but the photos tells a story. Arthur Süssmann, born in Ober - Schlesien, german soldier in WWI, working in der Reichs Kulturkammer in the 30's and died in Peru.

Otto:
At first impression you would presume that he was infantry with the Brandenburg cuffs. But looking at the belt and boots I am inclined to think he was foot artillery.
