I would say maker. Its more common to find a wooden dowel for Fangschnur on Tschapka than Pelzmütze. I would guess (sitting here at work) that approx. 1/2 of my Tschapka have a wooden dowel. Only two of the Pelzmütze do from what I recall.

Thanx for the :thumbright: comments. The entire set is just amazing to the eye. The Krätzchen is a thing of beauty. Jet black, flawless; absolutely as new exterior, Superb interior, absolutely "I am original" interior.
