Here are the photos of D R 3
The flag was new in 1900
It shows a lot of wear for a flag that was not so old but it is one of a kind
what I call the "old muster " Not a swallowtail like some of cavalry flags when replaced
It is on the original pole however the end of pole has been cut off
It still has the 1813 Grand Cross of the Iron Cross
which is very rare I think there were only 50 or so of these
The bow to the special parade banner is there but the bottom legs are missing
the unit ring is on the pole and reads

the silver ring of 1900 when Kaiser Wilhelm was in place when the "new "
flag was given
