Yet again......rule Britannia! I also can not understand how Ebay allows the Massive influx of Indian fakes to be listed in the original WW1 German section. Complete BS.
 
You should see catawiki...they have "experts" in order to avoid fake's....(or even fantasy pieces...)...
 
WOW.............this piece of crap sold for $719....there's a sucker born every minute I guess. I don't feel bad for the person either, you get what you deserve for not doing your homework.
 
As collectors I am sure we have all made mistakes, but I personally would have welcomed expert advice before making the mistake. What is wrong with ‘naming and shaming’ or telling eBay that this is fake??? By keeping quiet means these people will continue to be fraudulent and perhaps genuine collectors making expensive mistakes. I feel sorry for the buyers 😟
