The shell looks to be cardboard so is it Ersatz Pickelhaubenshell? The liner looks like it came from a Luftshutz helmet. So, it is original or all kinds of period parts.

Up for sale is a very nice early Picklehaube from the state of Bavaria. These Picklehaube are not easy to find anymore, the Bavarian ones seem to be the most sought after. The cockades are also in really nice condition.
