I recently posted my tale of finding this Wappen in a parts box ( http://pickelhaubes.com/bb/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=11630). This particular plate measures 95mm in height and would have been used between 1895 and 1903 as it is for a shako. As requested I'm reposting the images here, enjoy.
