Here is one I found a number of years ago. I believe it’s from Train Battalion 8. It did not have cockades when found.

Dirk, you may have this information already but...... 1 Rheinische Train Batt. No. 8 established 1853, based at Coblenz, VIII Army Korps. Black trichter worn on parade.

Sorry for coming in late, it was a tough Summer for me. I have 2 M'15s marked to this same unit The two spikes are both stamped TB8. the center one has had the leather replaced on the chin strap.
