Hi Folks! Can anyone help me with identifying this sword and its coat of arms?

It is a very nice and special sword ,but thats about it i am afraid
Never seen that coat of arms before

Sure has the feeling of being French to me. I will dig into some books to see what I can find.

Nobility coat of arms is the one of a family; the feathers could suggest British ...
The crown is not a royal crown, and also less then a duke or a count...

Beautiful sword. I also immediately thought Prince of Wales when I saw those 3 ostrich feathers. Makers stamp?
 
A beautiful Gala-sword, but unfortunately no king or other high nobility. The crown above the shield points to a newer german/austrian nobility, or a french „Vicomte“. Because of the ornamentals I could imagine it‘s a french gala sword.
But the Handle is a wonderful craftmanship, really like it :bravo:
