unusual plume color

Hello Brad, in Bolivia I don't know. But Chile bought the helmets in Austria. Regrettably the company stopped to manufacture them in 2006. Now a lot of 140 helmets was bought in the Czech Republic, but with bad results of quality and time of delivery. Probably the leather bodies begins to manufacture in Chile. All the brass pieces are made here.
