A recent Ebay purchase; bit salty, with some mothing, but still displays well, IMHO.
Of course, one can switch the badge to any regiment, but this is the badge it came with.
For what it's worth, "D" Company was commanded by Capt. Thomas Weir at the Battle of the Little Big Horn, and was spared the fate of Custer's command.[
