I don't know if anyone else say this auction, but someone just wasted A LOT of money on a repo hussar busby.... :o :-?

I know NOTHING about busbies . Other than the field badge and chinscales which are fakes w
. How can you tell on the rest ?

Is this an Off ? If so then you have the liner . What else ?
 
Everything is wrong with this helmet. The fur looks like carpet, the skull plate + bandeau are extremely poor detail, the feldzechien is brutal, the top looks like a flat piece of leather instead of dished, the fangschurr holding loops are like the size of ropes that are used to dock a ship, the list goes on.....

The liner might be the only real thing salvaged from a pickelhaube....and it doesn't even look right in this helmet.

I have seen this busby and similar ones like go for sale/auction on ebay.uk, that seller actually puts REPRODUCTION in the description. This time it was sold out of Germany, and the seller must have put it in the "used" section.

Anyways, whoever one it should have done their homework first!

Bad to the Bone
I see nothing correct about it .
The banner is not even the correct curved one .
A bad joke on someone .
The seller has 100 % feedback
Let's see if it stays that way .

That piece totally sucks!! :thumbsdown: Notice how many of the repro metal fittings are chemically treated to look old. It's like they paint this chemical on....even chin scales.
