What is this Pickelhaube?

I was surfing eBay and found this really weird officer-style Pickelhaube. It looks like a private purchase but I have never seen this wappen in my life. Please let me know what you think.View attachment 2View attachment 1

Fabrication. The helmet may be original, but I doubt you will ever find that configuration.
The Wappen appears Austrian with some sort of flower on the shield. Not very detailed; likely fake.
Perhaps the are trying to copy a Schleswig-Holstein Pickelhaube.
