What are the chances this is real? I'm not looking, but it might be a good deal for somebody if it's original. It doesn't seem to have the proper "fit and trim" that these helmets usually have.

The most salient feature of this item is the club shaped feet on the eagle, there are a number of other features that I do not like, but there is no reason to give the fakers a tutorial.
 
I am not going to go into great detail s I only have one, but here are some thoughts:

1) at this price that is a bargain helmet, and it would have been gone by now if good

2) Helmet itself looks ok to me, but I do not like the eagle etc.

I don't own one but I have bad feeling about this one and in particular the bird. The shape doesn't look right. In fact, it reminds me of big bird from sesame street :D :D

Those are my opinions as well. I try to research as much as possible before I buy anything and these helmets really scare me. I have seen them from $25,000 all the way down to $3500, always "guaranteed original" and always looking different from one another. You can bet that before I ever consider buying one of these I will be on this forum soliciting opinions en masse!
