Hello all,

I posted this old rudimentary framed pic before, but never identified...
Stormy day today so nothing beter to do then a little research.
Found this intresting site;
and I started to compare the pic's one by one.
And I think I got a match....
What do you guy's think?

Really looks like him to me. Need the FBI and their facial recognition to get 100 percent but I'd say that's him.

Kris,

I am not infallible but I personally think not. I am not aware that General Kabisch was a recipient of the Saxon Albrecht Order Officer's Cross with Swords. He was a recipient of the Commander's grade of that order which was worn at the throat. I feel that this guy is somewhat under-decorated for an officer of General Kabisch's profile.

Here is a portrait of General Kabisch without headdress and in similar profile. I would be hard pushed to match these two gentlemen.

I guess you are right Glenn....the search continues.
Also the medal bar doesn't correspond.
And no information indeed about; General Kabisch was a recipient of the Saxon Albrecht Order Officer's Cross with Swords
