Why is this one advertised as an NCO helmet?

I found this helmet on the site of the collectors guild and therefore I considered it more appropriate to post my question here. Could someone explain to me why this one is advertised as an NCO helmet? It seems a standard EM to me.

Thanks for the clarification Tony! That's what I already thought but the description of this helmet confused me a bit.

Interesting. a few taps on the spike base with a rawhide mallet on a stake to straighten it, place the helmet on a form, cleaned just a tad and it would be a very nice helmet.

Rating? ***1/2 out of... 5 stars?
