Take an enlisted shell missing most of the liner, add a blue-ringed national Kokarde, a Prussian Kokarde, a modern spike, a Wurtt. plate with a bad appendectomy scar, and some other bits and pieces = NCO helmet. :thumbsdown:

JR 23 is also a Prussian Rgt. M91 posts removed in order to put on Officer convex scales. Total crap.

Looks like a helmet that was probably an early collector mistake. "Looks good, I'll buy it!" type of thing. :?
