Although I wouldn't mind owning a WW1 Kabalak some day, I would never pay that much for it anyway... In my humble opinion, this is way too much money for not a lot more than a 'piece of cloth wrapped around to look like a hat'. The same goes for the German Überzug.
But again, I'd be happy to own a few Ottoman wartime headgear pieces myself. I would only look for cheaper sources (local flea markets maybe?)
