Is this an example of an unscrupulous dealer trying to sell another copy?

I have a challange for the group, first person to find a "good" item for sale by militarybargins.uk wins a beer on Joe at SOS. The rules are, It must be a real period piece, and properly IDed by Mr. bargins. For example, a legitimate British water bottle cover dated 1943 does not count if it is IDed as a WW2 BRITISH COLONIAL ARMY HAT DATED 1943.
