Looks like a nice one, well marked.

I would go for it, but I am partial to well marked Pioneer helmets.

I like this one, all parts seem to be original, good markings, and...with a spike that was not dismantled !=D> =D> =D>

Nice looking pioneer helmet. As I look at it does the eagle look slightly off center? The only reason I mention this is because I also have a pioneer that was repaired on one side [resewn, I was told that Germany always refurbushed/repaired helmets] and is off center, one of the first helmets that I purchased . When I learn to photograph and especially learn how to post pictures I'll send a photo. :D :D Dick
 
Hi All,
If you look at the front view, the Wappen does look to be set to the viewer's right, but when you compare the bottom view, you can see that the front visor is not quite centered, or perhaps the chinstrap posts are not quite straight, we must remember that these helmets were not machine made, so some errors could be made in assembly.

Hi Silent knight; Sorry if I caused any confusion, but I just realised that on my pioneer helmet it was the visor that resewn on at a crooked angle not the eagle. The helmet for sale looks great. Dick
