Identification?

I recently saw this helmet on ebay. It is missing the wappen and has regimental markings inside it. I cannot identify this one much and do not know if it would be worth bidding on, so any help is appreciated.

It's got a 3rd kompanie stamp but no regimental mark

I think everything is original, but please keep in mind that the helmet isn’t a correct M95. It seems that it was updated in the earlier period. There are double holes at the front, the spike is an older one and the metal eyelets for the Wappen are missing.
