paypal refund problem

I have had a PayPal refund pending since December 21 after returning a helmet to England.this one still hasn't arrived, can you tell me this is normal??.thank you in advance and happy new year

That is very true, please everyone beware when using this option to pay for items especially from people you do not know.

yes they told me to wait until January 5th.because being in France, movements take longer because of security measures and the change of currency.

Reimbursement arrived, Paypal delays are just very long and apparently this is normal.Maybe because it is a refund and not a payment....??Happy New Year everyone, take care of yourself.

I am waiting for a phone call from my inssurance compagny regarding a lost parcel from H&H of theyr last spring sell.
My guess is the outcome won't be that great, as it is past 15.00 h and still no call....
