Hello everyone
Today I would like to show you a beautiful silver gift watch. I have been thinking about buying it for a long time.
The owner's name is Andreas Modell.
He was a sergeant in the 3rd Squadron of the 1st Bavarian Uhlan Regiment.
The OFFICERS who gave this watch as a gift are:
Lieutenant Colonel Emil Bouhler
Captain Baron von Guttenberg
Captain Baron von Gebsattel
Lieutenant Prince von Wrede
Lieutenant Baron von Seckendorf
I think the watch was given away around 1899, when Lieutenant Colonel Bouler was the regimental commander at the time. The reason is unknown. There were also photos of Andrea's model.
Maybe someone can find out who these officers were and their careers. There are many of the same people who served in the same regiment
