The german WW1 binoculars

Nice find and condition is excellent! I have always thought these are undervalued in the market and cans till be found with reasonable prices.

I know the title says binoculars but Zebedeus has kindly opened up a whole now thread potential. There are an enormous amount of service binoculars around with all sorts of manufactures and history. Many of whom made other WWI optics. If members feel there is a need then I will trigger an OPTIC thread to compliment this one, or if more acceptable just add to bino's!!. Thoughts?

I have had no response so I will make an OPTICs thread which excludes but compliments this BINOs. The OPTICS could cover all the other items I guess.

Another one bino. The last arrival. It is an uncommon Militar-Modell 1914 6x30 manufactured by G.Rodenstock in Munchen for supplie the Bavarian Army.
The binoculars are complete with their feldgrau case, eyepiece covers and the suspension strap to hang it on the button of the jacket.
The conditions of the whole, additioned to the rarity of the object ,
are truly top.
Note that all the straps, the case and the double eyepiece covers are in feldgrau with printed and varnished leather.
I am very happy to have purchased it last weekend at the Militalia exchange fair in Milan.
