Earlier I had posted a new shoulder strap for my collection
Fusilier Regt 34 in Feldgrau
I wanted to follow up a little on F R 34 , one of my favorite regiments
Officers named helmet M1915
a fine set of epaulettes and shoulder straps in the rank of Hauptmann to the same officer
I bought this set many years ago from the old Ron Manion site
The Queen of Sweden was the Honorary Commander of the regiment
A photo of her in the Waffenrock holding her helmet
Last a postcard Garrison Stettin

Thank you for posting this! I like the IR 34 wappen a lot. Two companies from IR 33 based in Gumbinnen had it too. I repost two pictures from Stockholm, which fit perfectly to this post 😀.

Best wishes

Thank you for your post of these photos
I remember sometime back when you posted them before
I was hoping that you would post them again
It is a great display
Thanks
Steve

IR 33 - even better!

They were based in Gumbinnen in East Prussia. My mother was born there. The barracks were just a stone's throw away! That’s mine.

Best wishes

Excellent !
I like it
Enlisted helmets with Kammer issue for F R 33 and F R 34 are IMO , very hard to find .
Any members out there have an enlisted one ?
