Munster 1906 H R 17 and Dragoon Musicians

My guess would be the 16DR which was in the X corps with 17HR (and 19 DR). The colors match. If you zoom in on the dragoon on the right you can almost see a 16 there.

The cuffs and collar appear dark
D R 19 was black I think
but for some reason the yellow ( D R 16 ) color appears dark in old B & W photos
I can't make out the plate on the D R helmets

Not impossible, as Munster is close to Brunswick and Hanover. And yes, it's a shame you can't make out the Waterloo banner.
