The first helmet is a M95 Saxon infantry helmet and looks quite original, but the cockades are wrong. It should have a Saxon and Imperial cockade, not a Saxon and Prussian cockade. Furthermore I'm not sure about the leather of the chinstrap, it could have been replaced.
The second helmet is made from original and replica parts. It has a re-stitched rear visor, an original eagle with re-soldered loops, a replica chinstrap (or original parts with replaced leather like the first one) and at least one replica cockade. In my opinion, the Hanseatic cockade is not original.
But overall a good find, depending on the price. Congratulations.

I wouldn't worry too much about the reserve cross, the weld looks original, the re-soldering of the loops suggests the eagle was not born with the helmet.

The Prussian helmet has a reservist wappen on it. Can you read the markings on the rear visor? Two nice examples with the usual repro bits and pieces which we often find after 120+ years.

The marking reads “JB” then it looks like “188” I could be wrong on the numbers.

"JR" plutôt que "JB" je pense ; en humectant avec un peu de salive, le tampon sera plus lisible.
