UR 19 Ulanka

I got this Ulanka during my visit to Hamburg from the amazing store Helmut Weitze. They told me the sleeve buttons being Prussian had to do with military schools but they weren’t sure either so I wanted to ask the forum. Also I would appreciate it if someone can enlighten me on the lancing badge and stripes as well.

It a Wurttemberg unit , so not sure about the Prussian cuff buttons ?
all else seems to be correct
I know that units from other Kingdoms attended Prussian schools
such as the riding school in Hannover

So, Tony does that mean that he could wear a shooting cord ?
Or would he have to qualify for it via his regiment ?

Thankfully I have no idea. One is a qualification, one is a graded award. It makes sense that a soldier would return from the shooting school with an awarded marksmanship cord?
