-A few days ago-to my surprise-I was offered two binders from the Grandmasters Archive. [The Larcade Collection in Nevers; France; January 2023]. Of course; I could not resist. 😎Thank you Sandy😎
-these arrived real fast!
Still with the auction labels. [The ones I bought in that auction still have these labels on as well]

#1- Infanterie 14-18-Archives
#2-Casques Infanterie Prusse-1842-1918; Géneralités. /Prussian Infantry helmets-Generalities.

-with many of the original photographs used for his Volume I - Troupes à pieds - Foot troops.
Great to compare in his book and in his Gazette des Uniformes articles he wrote in the 70ies and 80ies.

-I saw many of these helmets auctioned.

Best wishes

Hello,
I was present at this "historic" sale. Bravo, prestigious documentation. I acquired a Pallasch of taken, from a French cuirassier, attributed to a German cuirassier.
Thank you! Must have been special. I acquired some Kav binders and two helmets. The Bavarian "M" Cürassier Helm and the Württemberg FAR Offz. the Pallash: both French and Prussian markings/stamps?
