Trench art German 20mm cannon shell.

Hi all. I was lucky enough to recently find this lovely 1917 dated 20mm cannon shell. Its complete, and with the inscription "Belgium 9-1-19" in a wreath.
I haven't been able to find any information on the manufacturer P & S.

Hello, I believe it could be the marking for Pötz & Sand, from Monheim-Düsseldorf they made 20mm Becker rounds.
